Far Cry 6 has 26 anti-aircraft tank locations. You need to destroy 16 of them to get the Friendly Sky trophy or achievement. Destroying them also clears the sky so you can fly any plane without getting shot. Additionally, there are 50 depleted uranium in a box at each of their locations. It will be marked on the minimap with a radioactive yellow icon. You need 1400 Depleted Uranium to buy all Supremos and Resolver weapons. Buying all Supremos unlocks loot and Backpacking achievements. Taking all the depleted uranium from each anti-aircraft gun gives you a total of 1450 (150 you start with straight away), so more than enough to buy everything.

No anti-aircraft code area is missing. You can still find and destroy them all after the free roaming story. They are easy to find by flying in a helicopter or plane, then you will see a red circle on the map as you approach them and their location will be marked upon entering their restricted airspace. If you stay too long in the confined space, you will get shot, but you can bypass this area by flying very close to the ground.

Also note that there are 2 permanent barricaded airspaces above Esperanza, but they have no tanks and cannot be destroyed. Unlike the 26 cannons, the Esperanza are missile launchers that fire at you once, but cannot be found or destroyed in the world.
This map uses the same numbers as the enlarged area photos below, going through them area by area. Each anti-aircraft gun is also a depleted uranium zone. Again, note that the red circles above Esperanza are not anti-aircraft turrets that can be destroyed, so they don't matter. There are also actual maps next to the flak sites marking all 26, which are also shown below.
These are all 26 anti-aircraft locations in Far Cry 6. Note that the two red circles in Esperanza are not anti-aircraft and cannot be disabled, they remain on the map permanently.
